We were visiting from out of town and were with a group of people. Was supposed to be charged 18% gratuity and was charged 92% gratuity. Our bill was $131.99 and was charged $121.44 for tip. Wasn’t aware until I received a message from my credit card companyI sent an email and left a message for main office to resolve e and heard nothing. Be mindful to always ask for a receipt! Poor customer service!
We had a great time and a delicious meal at Buho Cocina y Cantina. The drinks were excellent and our server, Eileen, was extremely attentive, made great suggestions, and made it a wonderful night!
