The patty was smashed, fragrant and juicy ? The onions were finely chopped so it wasn't too spicy ? THE ONE tasted too much of the jalapenos and sauce and the taste of the meat was cut in half, so for me personally I preferred WAGYU and Classic ? Also, girls would like to eat something with fresh lettuce and tomato.

The best burger on the island. I have to say I don't write reviews often but damn this burger was so good I was driven to give it as many stars as I could. I got, The One, burger and will everytime. Who cares if you gotta wait a little. It's worth it

My family got 4 classic double cheese burgers. And OMG in my opinion, this is probably the best burger I ever had on the island. It's close to smashed patties but 2 times thicker. I prefer it this way then way too thin patties. Although mine was kind of cool down due to delivery but the crisp on the patties was still there. Cheese is pretty good not those kind of frozen cheap one. The bun is soft and a little sweet. So well balanced together with the patties, cheese, and pickles.I suggest eating it the way it is. No need ketchup. Might be some mustard and that's it.Highly recommend it! Worth the price!

Food was good. Kitchen was very slow. 1 hour wait for 2 burgers and small fry. If you don't mind waiting, it's good. The 1 server has serving/bussing/cashier/pickup order duties.

Excellent food and service. Parking is easy and lots of seating. Came in on a Sunday. Was seated as soon as we walked in. We put in our orders and watched as everyone around us devoured their food. We finally got our burgers and fries and got to it. I had The One. Burger had tons of flavor from the wagyu to the bacon jam and blue cheese. Will definitely be back!

We stopped by at Carl Og3 for the first time last week. Friends had told us about it, so we decided to give it a try. I previewed their menu on Yelp and already decided on the Chuck/brisket blend. The caramelized onions is what hooked me. I didn't tell my wife what I was having, so when we got there, she looked through all of the menus on her own and guest what, she decided on the same burger! And they were great! Just the right amount of sear made for the juiciest of burgers, and the caramelized onions added just the right amount of sweetness and savoriness. As all of the reviews mention, there is only one waitress running the front and we saw 2 guys in the kitchen. It's a small "mom & pop" striving for excellence everyday. So best to go early if you want the best experience. The only critical thing I could say is that their menus are just a bunch of xeroxed papers, but that's understandable for a mom & pop. My wife says she's going to try the burger with the egg next time. I think I'm gonna stay with the chuck/brisket because I loved it so much.

Located at the old Shillawon location, Carl Og3 Burger offers a selection of wagyu burgers, fries, and drinks including Japanese beers. We had the wagyu cheese burger which was good. The bun was soft, the burger was juicy, and fries were crispy and tasty as well. The Asahi on tap was refreshing. I do wish the patty was bigger but overall the food was great. It was nice to eat a burger and an Asahi at the same time.

Solid burger joint in the Ala Moana area. The smashed cheeseburger literally melted in my mouth and the draft beer hit the spot. Service was nice but only one person doing everything (is this the norm?) which resulted in slow turnaround. The atmosphere seemed odd at lunch hour, but I can see it livelier at dinner time. I’d return.

This place is open for lunch only, it becomes Korean BBQ restaurant at night. I ordered Bacon & Egg burger. The egg is sunny side up style, so when you get the first bite, the egg york is dramatically running! Go messy to enjoy the burger. The sauce for the burger is the key! It is really the best match with the burger, bacon, and its bun. Also, I ordered fries with house special sauce and bacon jam. This is what I recommend for French fry lovers!! This restaurant has parking lot under the building free.Parking: Under the same building. The lot is assigned, so check the lot number for this restaurant.
