This place is legit. Authentic and great taste. Every dish we tried was a hit, especially the beef chow fun and shrimp rice noodles. Pretty clean relative to other Chinese places. I think it's the best Chinese restaurant in the area after trying many. All day dim sum. Easy parking. Tea was good. Service is fine.
Food quality is amazing, service is subpar, ambience is loud/annoying - staffs should try and talk to their customers to lower there voices down as if they were the only people eating at the restaurant which remind me of the china town market screaming and yelling.
I had a fantastic dining experience at this kapiolani seafood restaurant. The foods was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The fish was tender, the shrimp were juicy, and the seafood platter offered a great variety. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout the meal. The restaurant was clean, had a relaxing atmosphere, and the prices were reasonable for the quality of the food. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who...read full review

Kapiolani Seafood Restaurant is a popular spot, especially for Dim Sum. It offers a variety of delicious dishes with generous portions at reasonable prices. The food is served quickly, hot, and fresh from the kitchen. The ambiance is pleasant, featuring a clean and well-kept interior that provides a welcoming atmosphere. The service is generally efficient and attentive, although it can get busy during peak times, such as Chinese New Year.
While Dim Sum is a highlight, the restaurant also serves other items that are worth trying. Customers have enjoyed dishes like egg shrimp noodles, sweet and sour fried fish, and honey Walnut shrimp. The dim sum selection includes favorites like hagow, shiu mai, and har gao, which many find really good. Some reviews mention that the stuffed bean curd is a standout, and baked manapua is flavorful, though the sugar coated topping may not appeal to everyone. Many customers prefer the cart service with steaming baskets rolling by so they can pick what looks good, but others enjoy the quick, attentive service that brings bamboo steamers straight to the table, keeping everything hot and fresh. The spacious, clean dining room and friendly service contribute to a positive experience. Overall, Kapiolani Seafood Restaurant is highly recommended for those seeking a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience.
