The womens name is Nenet !! While placing my order, I spoke clearly to the staff member, but they deliberately pretended not to hear me and ignored my questions. This behavior felt intentional and was very unpleasant. Regardless of how busy it may be, deliberately ignoring customers is unacceptable. I strongly hope this location improves staff attitude and customer service training.

This 2 star rating they show is no accident. Kiosk only ordering and if you attempt to speak with any of them they are short and put out. They have a huge picture on the menu of chicken fries. I could not find them on the kiosk menu. I had to leave the line to ask about this issue. The guy acted like I was the idiot for asking about an item prominontly displayed on his menu.

That being said, for a Burger King, this was really good - we were pleasantly surprised! The ordering computers were working, our food was hot and fresh. I even got 4 or 5 pickles on my Whopper jr which is unusual. Wonder if it is under new management because this was WAY better than the last time we stopped here a couple of years ago.

This BK location is a SCAM. I ordered on the self-serve kiosk and swiped my card, the screen froze and a prompt said “transaction failed, you were not charged”, and no receipt printed. I proceeded to order again and the screen froze a second time, no receipt printed. I checked my bank account and I was charged for the same order THREE times. When I asked for a refund they said I needed a receipt in order to process a refund. DO NOT EAT HERE- SCAM ALERT

I always eat a burger here, the Aunties that run this outlet make the best burgers, they could teach other outlets a thing or two. My burger is always made fresh, crisp lettuce and just the right amount of mayonnaise and ketchup. They are always smiling and happy. My local Burger King doesn’t get even close to these ladies.

Staff members were very nice, and so is the location! This restaurant is very convenient and cheap when you are getting on a flight. Perfect meal, price and staff!

Charged me $6.47 for a cup of ice! I was told they had to charge me for a soda even though we don’t drink soda. Ridiculous! Needless to say we all filled up our Stanley’s with ice for the plane ride! Don’t go here!
