Can‘t complain and don’t see why there are bad ratings. The burgers where made properly and the staff was nice.

Staff members were very nice, and so is the location! This restaurant is very convenient and cheap when you are getting on a flight. Perfect meal, price and staff!

I mean it’s the only fast food monopoly in the airport. They can get away with.a $20 whopper and taking 45min to make it.

Horrible. Staff ignores you. They didn’t put any sauce on my sandwich and couldn’t get their attention to add any. Are a dry burger and paid $13 for it

Charged me $6.47 for a cup of ice! I was told they had to charge me for a soda even though we don’t drink soda. Ridiculous! Needless to say we all filled up our Stanley’s with ice for the plane ride! Don’t go here!

Be careful of the cheese scam, they charge you for cheese, and when you look in your burger there’s no cheese, when I went to the counter there were a couple more people complaining about the same thing, so check that you got what you paid for, burger was terrible, I would skip this place.

The food was okay. However, no one cleaned the tables, everywhere, cashier handling cash and cups/straws. I got my food and left. Never again.

In no way should a Whopper ever cost $25. For these prices you can eat at a normal restaurant. Ridiculous for fast food.

Burger King has always been my go-to meal before boarding a flight. I love the consistency—the food is tasty, familiar, reasonably priced, and usually served up quickly no matter where I am in the world. That’s why I was a bit surprised by my experience at the Burger King located in Terminal 2 of the Honolulu Airport in Hawaii.

The restaurant itself is quite spacious, and it clearly draws a crowd. However, the service was unusually slow for a fast food chain that I’ve come to rely on for quick and easy meals during travel. The main issue seemed to be staffing. There were only three elderly women running the entire operation—taking orders, preparing the food, packaging it, and calling out numbers one by one. It was obvious they were doing their best, but they were clearly overworked and exhausted trying to handle the rush.

As I waited quite a while for my order, I overheard several other customers commenting on how unusually long the wait times were. It’s not something I’ve experienced at any other Burger King location.

I’d really encourage the management at this particular branch to consider bringing in a few more staff members—just two or three extra people could make a big difference, both for the team working so hard and for the many travelers who stop by expecting the usual speedy service.

$86 for four people to each dripping nasty airport Burger King... the staff was not too happy or willing to help. Rough.
