Employees were very grumpy, They refused to wipe down tables. Told me to grab my own napkin and they didn’t have anything to sanitize

$86 for four people to each dripping nasty airport Burger King... the staff was not too happy or willing to help. Rough.

First fast food before returning to Japan. After all, $18 is expensive. It was Hawaii that I reconfirmed.

this place was great. it's Hawaii and airside at an airport so you know it's expensive and you're gonna be spending $$$ here. the service was great. right next to a Starbucks and there are napkins on the front counter and a soda fountain with water. great view and open air cause there are birds looking for crumbs flying into the restaurant.

We got some takeaways burgers here. Though little expensive, they are delicious. We enjoyed our food. The service was great and the staff were professional. A little suggestion to the staff, your google page says your usual closing time is 8pm on Wednesdays but we bought our food at 8:36pm. I don’t know if it’s a mistake or overtime work but I suggest you guys should take a look.
Vegetarian options: They have options for vegetarians
Parking: Difficult to get free street parking around the airport but there are plenty of paid parking lots.
Kid-friendliness: This place is kid friendly

Stopped here on 1/18/25 because everything was closed in the airport. Unfortunately, have been out of commission for the past few days with food poisoning. Fortunately for me I survived the long plane ride before experiencing anything. Everyone with me who ate here also has been down real bad. Would not recommend for a long flight.

Seems a Whpr jr combo & dbl chsbrgr combo for $31.50 may win prize for least exciting food for most $ on the Island; IMO, anyway.

Very, very, very expensive and I don’t understand why.
They do not have any kids meal like there is no kids in the airport lol
Definitely not friendly because it’s look like they’re missing a lot of manpower

McDonald’s 24hr with serval other restaurants, shops etc is less than 0.5miles away by foot on PAIEA STREET. Thieves should wear masks not BK uniforms. Rip off even for an airport. The prices are just greedy from this grubby place. Walked out - would eat from a bin before paying their prices.
This airport has notoriously bad food options, especially when factoring in the price. So I graded this on a curve. Yes, spending 20+ dollars at Burger King sucks obviously. But my burger was great; fresh ingredients, hot, fresh, and very filling. And you can’t beat that view of the cultural garden. So in short, gotta give them an A+ even though it sucks because the rest of the class is failing much harder.

Cleanliness below a minimum acceptable standard, embarrassing waiting times, disorganization reigns supreme (useless to order on a big screen if they then have to "scream" the order number for collection as there is no screen to view it on)
Usually you go to a chain to enjoy a global standard.
This visit raises many doubts about the chain itself
