Super friendly family-run shop with some TASTY spicy pork and fresh, DELICIOUS vegis. Spicy pork and BBQ beef were tender and STACKED in my plate. But that pork… with a little bark/carmelization and flavorful sauce… easy grind! Cant wait to go back and check the chicken and other items!Parking: Make sure to get your ticket validated! Plenty parking and easy in/out!
First day on Oahu and came here after arriving from the airport, so this was a great first meal! It is a small hole in the wall place with two tables for 4 people and outdoor seating without any umbrellas. I heard they used to have them though. Luckily there were 2 construction workers that finished their meal not too long after we placed our order, so our party of 4 was able to sit down out of the heat. We found this out-of-the-way restaurant the first day we were in Honolulu. We made sure to eat our last supper there four days later when we left Hawaii. The Kalbi is absolutely delicious. The homemade mandoo is out of this world. The kimchee is crispy and tasty with just the right amount of heat.
