We had lamb, chicken, and falafel sandwiches. They were delivered quickly and every element (meat, sauce, wrap, toppings) was delicious but the combination was amazing! The falafel is good, moist and flavorful. The fries are a good texture with lots of salt and flavor. I would recommend everything I've tried there so far and am going to start steering people looking for good Mediterranean food to this spot!
Let me tell you, folks, I haven't spent much time around food trucks, but my visit to Byblos Express in Honolulu was something special.
