Waited at least an hour for my food and when it arrived it was incorrect. Waited another 40 minutes for the correct order.

The Staff is very nice, the food is great, loved the burrata pizza! A lot of birds around so it is a bit annoying but overall good experience

California Pizza Kitchen is an excellent option for families, couples, and small groups. Groups of 4 are accommodated on the patio with a view to the street for people watching. The food at California Pizza Kitchen is reliably good. If you liked something off the menu in Los Angeles or San Francisco you will like it in Waikiki. However, I feel I have to point out one thing that management at this location needs to attend to: there is a bad smell when you enter the restaurant (not garbage or sewage but something musty or moldy). If outdoor seating weren’t available I would have left as the smell was too much for me.

Here we are...New Years Eve, having dinner at the California Pizza Kitchen in Waikiki. Short wait, but got in before the line ups. I ordered the West Coast Burger and my wife had the Caesar Salad. Fantastic flavour for my burger. One thing I would change with this burger though, I would toast the bun since I was only able to get through about half before the bun was completely crumbled and had to use a fork to eat the rest. The salad was perfect with nice fresh lettuce, right amount of dressing and fresh parmesan cheese. The decor is simple, but we found it hard to slide our chairs in on the outside deck. Our server Annie was exceptional. We have been here before and will be back on our next trip to Waikiki.

Don't go here when sightseeing. They don't ask for tips and pay the maximum amount on their own.

This was one of the worst dinners we have ever had. Seated in a corner of the balcony that felt like a warehouse. PIzza == margerita plain cheese no tomato sauce -- was like elementary school pizza. Cheese was not fresh, was spare, dough was hard and tasteless. Service was ok.

It’s nice to go to California Pizza Kitchen in Honolulu Hawaii specifically their non-alcohol drink are so refreshing and their pizza were coming out were tasty after having baguettes served and the service was always good at both locations in AlaMoana Shopping Center and on Kalakua Waikiki

The five cheese pizza its the best?and also i ate chicken picatta i don’t remember the correct name its nice but I didn't like it very much.Good service!

Maybe lacking in staff? The lady who served us was very pleasant but at the end it ws almost out of 'Fawlty Towers'. She really didn't have a clue. I'm not sure if she was new, but it certainly seemed like it. She went AWOL on several occasions and nothing flowed. One meal was served at least 5 minutes after the others and the pizzas were so-overcooked, any chef with a conscience would have binned them, not served them up. We won't be back.

The food was amazing and fresh. Appetizers were out quick and the drinks were delish! Only complaint was service was slow although it was not busy. But they were very nice when they did show up!!

We've ordered a kids pizza (kids menu) and it was very spicy, no one told us and it was not written anywhere, charged us anyway... Not sure if 2 of the waiters were drunk or high... Anyhow...dirty, smelly, poor service...do not recommend it :(

Was shouted at when I walked in, even though patiently waited for service (I wasn’t in a rush). It had a funky smell in the restaurant too.

I ordered the Alaska Salmon but it was so overcooked it turned white and burnt on the outside. No atmosphere and dark inside the restaurant definitely better places to eat when you are in Waikiki.
