Didn’t fulfil my orders after 5 weeks of waiting and being assured they would dispatch it. Plenty or resellers got their orders though. Waste of my time and money.
Don't use this rude careless company, 2 weeks after my online purchase i was told my item had been discontinued. I now have to wait another week for my refund £160.00 spent on a hoodie 3 weeks later no hoodie no money.
Purchased a short and shirt set from the Miami location in June last year. The quality is the worst. The shorts have completely frayed along the top and have giant holes in the legs. Provided pictures and credit card transactions and was told we don't have proof of purchase and they can't help. Shein is better quality don't waste your money.
