California Pizza Kitchen at Ala Moana offers a dependable choice with its good food, amiable staff, and laid-back atmosphere, making it perfect for a quick meal or a casual outing. I ordered BBQ chicken pizza, and the shrimp scampi zucchini is always my favorite option. The service is consistently dependable and delivered in a welcoming atmosphere.

Great California Pizza Kitchen location on the top floor of the mall. Really good options from salads, chicken, pasta, seafood, and sandwich dishes. Even cauliflower pizza crust. Nice and attentive service as well.

Extremely bad service- i had to get the waiter for everything: menu, waters, bill. The waiter also didn’t split the bill correctly and ended up overcharging us. The food quality was mid at best- the avocados were so hard to chew.

Worst experience in Hawaii. Felt unwelcoming and thought the server was rude the entire time. Food we had were cold. Maybe because we were tourists, the service was clearly different from what other tables received. Other tables were given bread, but we weren’t. On top of that, we were still charged a tip. If you’re going to eat here, definitely choose different place. Not worth it.

I really love going to CPK when I am in Hawaii. Very sad the one in Waikiki closed!
We visited twice whilst shopping at lunch time. One day the AC wasn't working and it was hot inside but no big deal just the bin smell wasn't nice haha.
The service was ok nothing special, polite staff but they were busy. The man who served us on our second visit (maybe a manager!?) refilled our cokes after we asked but he didn't give us new glasses so the glasses came back with the same straws and we didn't know who's was who's.
BBQ chicken pizza on thin crust is so good. Will be back when on our next vacation

Absolutely terrible experience. Was left waiting for over an hour and a half before I had to just request to cancel my order as their kitchen couldn’t bring out orders to my table.. requested a manager to talk to about the terrible service but he cowered in the back and sent out the server.. will never go back to this location.. they clearly don’t know what customer service is. I was not the only one with a bad experience as the table ahead of me also had the same issues.

Had a great time with the family. There were so many options, we didn’t know what to get.Brandon one of the staff members, came upto our table and suggested amazing dishes and even gave us an appetizer to try. We are definitely coming back to this location again. Mahalo

They are serving some new dishes that have their signature mac and cheese with different specialty pizza topings‼️ My favorite is the Carne Asada toppings, but my husband got the burnt ends topping, and it was even better😱‼️

Amazing environment! That best part in the entire evening was the service provided by Brandon M. , one of the managers there. He was amazing and great to talk to. Really took amazing care of our family. Made us feel so welcomed and went above and beyond. He’s an asset to the location.
View was great as we sat outside and food was great as well!

I just ordered pizza and fries. I was given small pieces of bread in bags for some reason ( I thought it was bc how long we waited for the order and the bread smelled like cigarette smoke. The food was terrible and I’ve been a frequent customer for 13 plus years. Worst experience ever

Burnt Pizza crust / overcooked. My spaghetti had clumps of pasta stuck together like when you were a kid and made it. Salad was mushy and that was the steak salad! This was really bad! Not coming back.

Kinda little pizza for how much they charge but it is good. I had a thin crust pepperoni with extra pepperoni it was delicious. Ate it before I could get a pic it smelled so good

The reason i gave it 3 stars is because the food was kinda bland. I ordered the spaghetti without meat balls because i am vegetarian. The first problem was that the pasta was not cooked all the way. The second problem was that the pasta was not even spaghetti it was a different type. Also the last problem was the food was so bland. But i still liked it. I recommend this to people who have not been to this place before
