this place is really clean and spacious and cats are marked with colored bandanas to show their friendliness and how they like to be pet. not sure what people were talking about with the mold smell. they do have a lot of rules, but they are reasonable to make sure each cat's boundaries and eating restrictions are respected! the cats are a bit overstimulated from being pet which is normal but if they come up to you they are friendly, like all cats.
First, we were stuck by a VERY strong mold smell entering the store. Something is clearly leaking within this store. I mentioned it to the staff but they just blew it off. The staff was friendly and provided good instructions. Unfortunately if you don’t purchase treats for the cats, they’ll want nothing to do with you. My 13 yo old son was so so excited to visit with the cats. By the end of his visit, he was so sad because not one single cat wanted anything...
Cats are cute. Way more interested in you when you are outside than when you are inside the room with them. The boxes for them to use the bathroom were quite gross. No litter, just urine. Then all I could think about was them walking on the seats and the tables that we were touching. One cat let myself and other guest touch it. They seemed over stimulated and tired of people. Tight space for so many cats. >$90 for 4 people 30 minutes. Not worth it to me
