Cheeseburger factory and they only have fake American cheese which is 10% milkfat, I'm from WI that is not cheese and shouldn't be the only option for a place with that me name!

The burger was good but the meat was kind of thin, and the fries were too thin for what you pay for. It is overpriced but I would go back as the food is good. There isn't much seating, especially when it is Saturday at lunch hour, it took us longer to find a seat to eat than it did to wait for my food.

I didn’t enjoy the chicken grilled burger, the bun was soggy, the chicken was thighs with skin on and gristle. The chips were thin and not drained well.

Nice place with a perfect temperature to rest a little bit of the hot weather, our waitress was fantastic so helpful and charismatic… we order chips but were disappointed slugs not crunchy at all.

Your place for gastrointestinal distress. I purchased a cheeseburger and there was more grease than Burger. If you are in town and want a burger, this is not your place. It looked so bad I didn't even bother to take a picture. I would be too embarrassed to admit that I ate something that looks like that. And if I'm honest, I've put some nasty things in my mouth, I'm not proud of this moment.

Had a wonderful meal here last night. Requested a sidewalk-view table and was told it would be just a few minutes wait time. We started a drink at the bar and then were escorted to a perfect outdoor table viewing Kalakaua Ave. scene. Now for the best part - our server Perry. He was so pleasant and efficient and took such god care of us and our meal. Best server ever. Food was good, as usual, but the service really made for a memorable evening. Thanks again Perry! Not too bad. Customer service could definitely be better but I understand that they may have had a bad day and was tired at the end of shift. I ordered the grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and corn. I would recommend a little more seasoning but everything was fresh and hot made to order. Over priced but decent meal and decent portion.

I got a burger and fries. The burger was below average sadly. I couldn't tell if it was the bun or cheese but it didn't taste nice. Bacon was nice and patty was ok but when eating it together it tasted pretty bad, sadly. Fries were fine.

Both the hamburger and fries were delicious. There was a large amount of fries, so it was perfect for sharing. The staff will ask you how many toppings you want to put in your burger, so you can make your favorite burger♪

I think this is related company to Steak and Fish, same chef same associates. So upon ordering at Steak and Fish it takes some time to wait for orders.

If you don't want a burger from a major chain and something with a bit more attention and care, this would be a good alternative when in the mall's food court. They got good, classic burger with standard toppings that is made to order and not precooked or made.Not a beef kind of burger person, no worries. They got mahi mahi, shrimp, as well as chicken breast. However, surprisingly they don't offer a veggie burger. This is a meat lovers place for sure. You can also jazz up your burgers with bacon and/or avocado.Feeling guilty about ordering a burger, well there is salad options as well and with healthy choices and not just iceberg lettuce with a few carrot shavings on top. Need something more, well they also got soup and freshly made to order fries as well. Of course you can jazz up those fries and order the Volcano fries which are basically covered and smothered yumminess.
