It's a small restaurant and upon entrance it screams mom and pop store, which for me is a good thing due to giving comfy vibe.
Food was great! Service was great and they give you red bean machine balls as dessert upon your completion of your meal! Try this place and you will not be disappointed!
We had the mabo tofu ramen and the mini tan tan ramen set that comes with 4pc gyoza and fried rice, which also is really good! Will be back again!

Outstanding! The Tonkotsu Miso ramen was 100% delicious (10/10), highly recommended! We thoroughly enjoyed the shrimp curry as well, very delicious (10/10). The service was excellent! Lastly, the fried Mochi balls were crazy good! Overall, Chef’s Ramen was 10/10.

Still a lovely small ramen shop, quick stop for food after arriving on Oahu. We had the Tonkotsu and Tonkotsu Miso ramen soups.

Small shop with a half dozen tables. Very friendly and pleasant service.
We ordered: Tonkotsu Ramen Kim chee Ramen Pork Tonkatsu Curry
Complimentary fried, warm sesame balls (with red bean paste) were provided as dessert with the check. Not too oily and a nice sweet snack after salty soup.
Prices were a good surprise, compared to what we later found in Waikiki.
This was our first meal just off our flight in from HNL. Easy to find, with some disabled parking spots available around the corner. Location is near Costco to purchase snacks.
I'm bookmarking this ramen shop for our next trip! (Sorry udon place, this ramen place is winning!)
Parking: Long strip of stores with parking in front and a larger lot on one side. Shops were busy midday, but plenty of cars moving in & out. May need to wait a few min or drive a few passes during busy hours.

This place is awesome I ordered at 8:05 pm and the took me in. I got the Tonkatsu curry with rice and boy did it deliver and satisfy my cravings! Crispy outside and juicy inside. Next time I will come for Ramen! I appreciate the portions and they have house Mede chili oil in bottles not to spicy but it gets the job done. The dining area is clean. I’m ready for the next time I come!
