Chong Qing Hot Pot

The food quality is not what it used to be. And is not that great, fun atmosphere and vibe. Salad bar selection is pineapple and seaweed salad and sauces so not a lot. The broths are good but if you’ve ever had AMAZING hot pot this is not it. Not bad price wise considering it’s Hawaii and all you can eat but don’t expect the greatest hot pot experience of your life going here. And pro tip only order foods you truly like you don’t want to pay extra or be forced to eat terrible food.

Pork belly was soft and delicious, broth needed less. Eating peppercorns from the soup not the best experience. Portions are small so order at least 4 of each to start and check quantities. Fish only had 2 pieces. Noodles was excellent but again the serving fits in the palm of your hand. I'll stick to Shabuya honestly and Hawaii hot pot got second choice.

My favorite restaurant!

Do NOT recommend.
We called and asked for prices. We were told adults are 33 for lunch and kids 17. Came here and they want to charge my 8 year old as an adult because he is a little over 50 inches. Pretty ridiculous to me. Do not recommend

The food and service was good. They gave a lot in their portions. Staff were attentive. Restaurant was clean. I got the spicy marrow broth, would recommend.

Very expensive considering the amount of food you get. You order in three rounds so make sure you know what you want and space them out.

While the service was excellent and attentive, I don't think I would come back here again. Nothing wrong with the service. Service was excellent and they were quick to bring out the food, check on you, clear out the plates. It's just that the food portions are so small each time. The first round, I ordered very little because I didn't know how much quantity it'll be. The second round, I ordered more but the food still seems so little to me. I ordered 3 rounds total. 2ppl is $77.98 pretax and pretip.

Very good, been a few times now, service is always quick, sauce bar well stocked. There is a big range of Veg and seafood, including my fav fishball with meat (Fuzhou style), they only have two choices for sliced beef for the hotpot but they are both good, they also have lamb and a few different pork items. Overall I think it's a good value for money and a good experience that I enjoy each time and can definitely recommend:) Also, soft drinks are included in the price of the hotpot with free refills:) Easy parking at Ward Center or any where else around Ward like Wholefoods etc.

Delicious hot pot but not Chong Qing hot pot for sure. Not enough spice, not spicy. No peppers of any sort for sauce either.

All you can eat Hit Pot. Large venue. There may be a wait to get seated. They keep bringing you for and drinks! You cook it up in front of you on your own hot plate.
