Best Bagels on Oahu, without any close competition. I grew up in NJ where bagels are a religion, and had sort of given up on the idea of having a good bagel since I've lived in Honolulu. But I went to Tali's for the first time today and Holy S--t! The bagels are fresh, with a perfect bite and chew. The inside is light and full of real bagel flavor.
