Friendly young staff. Counter had lots of bodies restocking, baking, and working the registers on this weekday evening. Wasnt paying attention when I ordered items from the warmer and ended up getting rhe ugliest, driest ones they had available! Icing is their saving grace but the bread had hardened for most of my Cinnabon items. It was well past its time but still needed to be sold and I was the unlucky customer who got them. Message of the day: Point at the ones you want and make sure your few dollars spent equate to a product that gives you dopamine.

I bought this because I was drawn to the sweet smell of cinnamon. It is a popular restaurant that has been broadcast on TV in Japan. I wanted to try it, so I bought it. It was very sweet and had lots of cinnamon in it, making it very satisfying to eat. Since it was after dinner, we both ate one. While eating at the food court, a local lady gave me a banana. The Hawaiian bananas were also dense, chewy, and delicious. I felt a sense of happiness.

I often meet up with friends who live there at Ala Moana, so I go there a little early to get a Cinnabon. For example, in the morning, I'll go to Ward + Kakaako or Donki + Ala Moana, and then I'll have a meeting in the afternoon and I want to eat something sweet. When that happens, I like to sit at the edge of Makai Market, and have a nice-sized Cinnabon while drinking a cafe latte and relax ^ ^

I love Cinnabon, but the Ala Moana location has the rudest workers, maybe cuz their young kids. Never had I had to pay extra to have my icing on the side and when asked to not put too much icing, I was told that I had to pay extra for each....like what!? Not supporting this location.

I entered the 241101 food court and the smell of cinnamon rolls reminded me of the existence of cinnamon and I bought a minibon. And I'm so happy to have it with salty dishes from other restaurants ? Next time I'll go get the regular size.

Three stars bc the rolls are amazing. But why doesn’t this location participate in the rewards program?! What’s the point? Also, we got the 6 pack and no bag was available?! Like the 6 pack is obviously to take home, we’re not about to eat all 6 at the mall. There’s bags for the one roll but not the packs? C’mon! So disappointing.
