I was disappointed with this location. First, I asked for a coffee, and they told me that the coffee maker was broken. Then they gave me the wrong order, and I was the only one in the line. When I got to my table and opened the box I was disappointed as the bun was very small.

I used to be a fan of their cinnamon rolls, but my recent experience was disappointing. They're pricey, yet the quality has noticeably declined.

I wish they weren't pre-boxed and room temperature... plus they are rather expensive. Okay if you have a microwave to heat them up.

Excellent Cinnabon as most are. Very fresh. Friendly service.

The last time we ordered Cinnabon, one of them had a long hair baked into it. Gross. Customer service here is non existent too. We tried to use the T-Mobile Tuesdays offer and the cashier rudely pointed to a TINY sign by the register that says they don't do any promotions. Why don't you put a large sign by the front?? I told them I don't want anything and walked out. Instead we're enjoying our dessert from upstairs at the new 85°C bakery. Cheaper and they're so much nicer. Cinnabon is past its hay day and is just a shell of its former self.

I ordered on Uber eats today and with how it came it should have never been sold or sent out! The person has to be training or something for it to come out as a bad as it did!!! If it looks like shit then don't sell it!!!!

Dangerously delicious. I do not care for the location, down in the parking of our ridiculous Ala mall... otherwise, whats not to like about a killer cinnamon roll

Management team here needs to have a one on one conversation with their workers, because they lack a lot of customer service. One lady who works in front already gave us an attitude just by the way she was looking at us. Very unwelcoming, we ordered the 4 pack. She went ahead and grab the box that was by the cashier and slammed it right in front of us. I MEAN HOW RUDE? Please. If you have nothing going on when it comes to customer service, you shouldn't be working to any type of jobs that requires customer service.

I'm not really into sweets, but every time I pass by the food court the fresh baked smell of the cinnamon rolls get to me. It makes me want to eat them. I come here every so often, not all the time. I do savor the times when I let myself splurge. I love the Caramel Macadamia Bon or just the Classic Roll. If I'm getting a Cinnabon you know I can't leave without a Strawberries and Cream Chillatta. They go so well together.

Cinnabon has always been my favorite place to go but every time I've gone here the clerk ALWAYS forgets to put the extra icing I asked for in the bag AND I get charged for it?! I'm usually a really patient person but this has already happened 3 times.

Although I didn’t like the actual Cinnabon (had to try one just to see!), the front of house server (John?) was so friendly and kind that I had a lovely time getting the item.
