The best pancakes I’ve had in my life!

Pancakes hit like an eighteen wheeler going down a mountain with shot brakes.

Google map shows temporarily closed but they have reopened. We have always like Cinnamon’s for breakfast. We going to the happy hour upstairs at Pesca but saw that Cinnamon’s outdoor bar was open for happy hour. Got the happy hour menu and showed the waitress that we wanted 2 drinks from the $11 menu, marked down from $14 each. And pork nachos for $13 instead of $16. Slow service but expected because of just opened back up. Bill time all items full priced. Requested change and a different waitress checked and said happy hour was only $2 off beers. But I said the happy hour menu said differently. She checked and said manager agreed to taking $3 off the nachos but nothing on the drinks. Not happy about not getting the other $6 off. When I said I wasn’t happy about not getting the menu price to the original waitress, she snappily replied she wasn’t happy about the restaurant being previously closed. Won’t be back for the outdoor bar area. No real view of the water from the outdoor area unless you sit at the limited number of high bar chairs. I see from reviews that the indoor area is open for breakfast so I may still try it.

Visited twice while on vacation because the food and service was great! The breakfast lechon kawali and the guava pancakes were freakin' delicious! Excellent prices and generous portions. Our server was attentive and super friendly too! Cinnamon's was my favorite breakfast spot from my entire trip. Can't wait to visit again in the future!

Waited so long for the food and the waitress was very apathetic. Food was just okay.

One of my favorite places for a brunch with friends downtown near the beach. They have great food and fun cocktails.

We liked this place so much the first time, we ended up coming back a second time before our trip was over. The guava chiffon pancakes are to die for (but very filling, so I'd suggest ordering a short stack for the table so everyone can try a bite), the Benedicts were incredible (we ordered the crab cake Benedict the first time and tried the corned beef hash Benedict the second time and both were equally amazing). Both times our servers were friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is perfect for the area, outdoors but covered, such a wonderful way to start your day in Waikiki.
