Located in the Illikai, this shop is a very convenient spot to check out if you're staying nearby. They have poke as well as kalua pork, musubis, and more (depending on when you go!). The shop is clean and bright, but pretty small, so it's more of a pick-up-and-go spot, rather than sit down. My coworkers are always eating Paradise Poke. Since I didn't bring lunch today I decided to give it a try. I went the Truffle Yuzu Salmon and it was very tasty! The bowl was topped with seaweed salad, ginger, Turo kale, garlic cucumbers. Grabbed a small side of kimchee cucumbers and they had a great flavor and a nice crunch.
