The young lady working today actually made my day.. she took the time to write something positive on everyone's cup.. so awesome.. something so little goes a long way.. today is Tuesday 5/13 about 12pm...

Not sure if this is managements fault. For cold brew only, some locations mix it differently. I could tell by looking at it that they had already ruined the whole pitcher they mixed. It was too watered down. When regular coffee is darker than the cold brew then I am probably going to be disappointed. I did not complain or ask for a refund. This is for others. I like to know what I'm getting every time.

Hard to find by Maps. Have to go Nordstrom then you’ll find stairwell before that and you’ll find it inside Foodlands.

The person taking my order was pretty nice but they can't make drinks. It's so obvious this is an entirely new staff because they don't know what they're doing and were telling jokes before even starting my drink. My match was 50% powder on the bottom and 50% milk and water at the top, if it doesn't look right don't even bother serving it.

I want to shout out to the staff for offering extraordinary service to customers. I realized the latte i ordered is too sweet, and ask if they can remake a less sweet one, and they did without hesitation.

Update your hours. You do not open at 0600. You open at 0700. It’s important for people to know, especially for coffee shops, what time they open.

This review is for the food court location - I accidentally tagged it into the Foodland Farms location.

The manager on duty was trying to keep her guests and employees cool but unfortunately part of Ala Moana Center's air conditioning is broken. So, she had the shop doors allowing breeze to pass like many other areas in HI.

They noticed the front beverage cooler was struggling and a repair technician appeared while we waited. Not only was he courteous about everything, she was polite as well when it was suggested the open airflow might be the issue.

Anyway... Long letter to say that they're on top of things here, my partner's drink came out super fast, and I got a free ice water for my water bottle.

Great service, frustrating physical conditions outside of their control. Food Court was jammed on a Saturday in holiday shopping season.

This is such a great location, perfect pick me up before or after your grocery shopping.
Baristas are sweet. Lots of snacks to pick from by the cashier and in the display case. Coffee and all the menu drinks are great. Consistent every time!

Good customer service and located inside of Foodland made it easier. The iced strawberry matcha was amazing! Perfect balance between matcha and strawberry. A great milky, creamy, and fruity drink for the summer.

My boys went and asked for water. Employees were very kind and gave my both boys a cup of iced water. I will absolutely go back and order something next time. Thank you for caring.

We bought a ham and cheese croissant sandwich at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf inside Foodland Farms at Ala Moana. The croissant was soft and the sandwich was very delicious. Since it was before 9 a.m., there were very few places open for breakfast, so it was very helpful.?

The beans for your coffee are planted just as you order! Or at least that’s what it feels cause a simple latte took forever. Maybe they spent all that time brewing it because it was over-extracted and bitter. Portion size is ok.

We just bought a carrot cake that tasted dry and old. When my husband went to get a new one the server told him sorry it was expired by 2 days. They were out of carrot cake so we got a pumpkin crunch as a replacement. After two bites we threw it away because it was off tasting, not like a good pumpkin taste. Yuck.
