Quality below the standard of cold stone,I wonder is the company trying to save the ice cream and send somewhere else.this is the first time I've seen the staff does give you the variety like his/her paying you a tip.you pay the money for the Ice cream and you insulted.

My second time trying...long line and only one person working. Waited 30 minutes, got to the front and there were only 3-4 of the least desirable flavors left.

“Cold Stone†doesn't even have a cold stone to mix anything on. In fact, there's zero mix ins. Your choice is caramel or chocolate topping! There's nothing to choose. Nothing to put in the ice cream and mix it. The franchise name is misleading there's no cold stone to mix anything on. $8.37 for just ice cream and your topping. Not what you think. Let's add the pictures of what's showing isn't what you receive - misleading. The lady wasn't nice when I commented to her about it.

They wouldn't make the shake we wanted, so we got the signature cookies and cream and it was overpriced and tasted like melted sour cream blended with Oreos. And the lady was super rude!

We love cold stone, but this was horrid. Plus it's always closed early, every time.

The airport store should be mixing the ice creams choosen along with having options of different condiments available to mix into the ice cream when selected on marble granite cutting board as the true Cold Stone do in the mainland.
Last one on the island and its inside the airport by the gates. Sucks that you have to be flying out or in to eat there.

Shake was good but they would only make a shake that was one of the 4 on the board.

Worst coldstone. First, they won't let you add additional toppings,yet you can buy a small container of toppings "on the side" for $6.50 each!! Second they will only let you do up to 2 scoops/flavors-other coldstone will let you do half scoop of one flavor and half of another up to 3 flavors. Third the price is outrageous- $17 for 2 ice creams, one small and one medium. And to top it off they DO NOT accept gift cards! This place is a total rip off. I feel scammed.
