Good place near Hilton in Waikiki to get shave ice and ice cream. There is a large selection of flavors for both ice cream and shave ice.

I went looking for it because the reviews said it was delicious. The shop is located on the left side a little further down the middle from the hotel lobby.
The service from the store clerk was excellent.

it is usually pretty slow during the day while everyone is out at the beach or activities but after 6-7 pm it gets really crowded/busy which is expected but customer service has been really great regardless of the time :)
