10/09/24: My partner suggested we stop by here for Inari and I was very glad we did! We tried 6 different flavors: bulgogi, unagi, kimchi bacon, corn salad, imitation crab salad, spicy ahi. I had trouble figuring out what was my favorite because they were all very tasty. They were all reasonably priced as well. Would definitely stop by here again during our next visit!
Parking: Parking in the garage was fairly easy, but this was on a Wednesday morning/afternoon.

It’s been a while since I returned to Debu after its opening week. Now, the staff makes the inari sushi fresh upon ordering, which is great! Portions are bigger than I remember, and the service is always friendly. They noticed I was dining in and brought me a sushi plate, which was a nice touch. The price is reasonable for the location and menu set, but if meal sets were just under $12, I’d be coming weekly. Perfect spot for a quick bite, and the oden soup is a great addition to the set!

Such a fun idea. I've never had a place like this before. Individual toppings on top of rice and fish packet. Everything was delicious and made fresh. Very customizable. It was a really great experience.

Great place to eat, we love it for something quick and light. We always get the yubus, my favorite is the salmon and I always get it fired up.The location is ideal with parking available in the parking garage. I certainly recommend them.

Fiyahs. Absolutely fiyahz. My favorite is the Salmon Debu. 4 is enough to get you full. I love going here. Going at opening is best because its fresh af but they always restock.

- Azur Building 1st floor- The interior of the store is neat and clean, and the characters are cute.I tried corn, shrimp, bulgogi, chicken, and eel, and they were all delicious! If you want, you can grill the top with a torch. The fish doesn't look that fresh, but I think it would be good to eat easily on a drive!suggestion!

I came across this restaurant and decided to give it a try. I ordered the Salmon Debu Roll and it was so good!! The Salmon was fresh and the portion was decent. The veggies were so crunchy. The roll was pretty big too. My daughter and I shared 1 roll and we were stuffed. We liked it so much we went back a second time before leaving the Island. Both times I was assisted by Trevor. He was so nice and took the time to answer my million questions as he was preparing the roll. I will certainly be going back when I return to the Island. Can you please open a store here in Los Angeles so I can enjoy your delicious food year round?

Only one disadvantage they have - no bathroom in the cafeteria, but they have it in the building and they provide wet wipes and gloves to eat properly. Liked taste, all raw products feel fresh. We went there for breakfast (8 rolls for 2 persons) and paid around $22 - not bad price as we were full, with this amount you can try enough types of rolls as well. I like that the choice of rolls is not too big. Guys on the counter are nice and helpful.
