We were hoping for life-changing sushi while in Hawaii. This wasn't it. Very good, but not anything we can't get back home in Minnesota. If you're looking for a sushi fix while in Waikiki, this will definitely fit the bill, and do it well. Just don't expect any epiphanies over it.

Our dining experience at this sushi restaurant in Hawaii was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, every element — the service, the cuisine, and the atmosphere — reflected care and craftsmanship.

We are mid afternoon and it was perfect. We had a window seat with a gentle breeze blowing in and could watch the sights out our window. We ordered three dishes and all were amazing. The scallop and pork belly was a perfect pairing and the sauce was sublime. The tuna tataki was a great balance with the garlic aioli adding a nice second note to the tuna.
