Reasonably priced fun ice cream in a bubble waffle with a few toppings. Would have given 5 stars, but the limited time special flavor “cookie monster” that was labeled to taste like cookie dough and oreo, tasted completely like coconut. An odd flavor that is not present according to the menu, but a friend of mine and her niece ordered the same flavor, and confirmed the flavor was not as described. We brought up the disappointment and opinion to the owner (i believe) and he took it as if he really cared about our business and offered to make a new one, but we declined because we were not in the mood for another, plus the taste of it wasn’t disgusting, just edible so we stated we could just finish it… He assured us we could come back another time for a redo of another flavor to our liking. Really appreciated his efforts, so we will return soon.

Store was super cute, no seating available but welcoming and cozy. The service was AMAZING! And our waffles were delicious, ice cream was standard soft serve, but a fun outing overall!

No seating at this lcoation. You order using a written form you fill out at a table before the cashier. You can add on many different items and pay per extra toppings. You get a buzzer to indicate when your food is ready. Very rich and tasty delight. A treat for sure. Loved the extra touch with the Nutella drizzle. Eat it fast. Once it melts it gets very soggy.

You honestly can't go wrong with ice cream, their dessert is so cute & delicious it looks like a work of art which is probably why it does take a while to make it especially since usually only one person is making everything. It's one group allowed inside at a time the place is very small, you fill out your own custom order in the front so you get exactly what you want theirs a lot of options to choose from. Some of them cost more than the others so keep in mind it can get pricey depending on what you order. The ice cream itself is not too sweet & the bubble waffle taste very light you can just pop it off and eat it. Usually by the end it's more waffle than ice cream but it's still really good. Theirs a lot of parking in the location so you don't have to worry about being on the street, Overall great place if you want to treat yourself to something sweet.
Wanted to try the blue soft-serve (cookie monster flavor) but unfortunately when I came in today, I was told it's only a special flavor on rotation (and was out of rotation). Just got a vanilla + chocolate mix soft serve. The bubble waffle was fresh and delicious. The soft serve texture wasn't as thick as I had wanted, especially compared to Ubae next door. The dessert was also fairly pricey, clocking in at over $12. Maybe I'll come back for the cookie monster later.

If you're lucky, you'll find parking nearby. I usually park at Walmart and walk over. But I make sure to buy something from Walmart because I tend to feel bad otherwise. I don't remember if they had their own bathroom, but I think the center has a restroom for paying customers. Not much seating but I'm always able to snag a spot.[Dessert]Every time I've been here, the ice cream flavor on rotation offers something I love and the waffles are absolutely amazing! The bubble waffle is made fresh. You choose everything and place your decisions on a tiny slip of paper. My husband and I loved this place. The girl working was so nice and very helpful considering it was our first time. There's a sheet of paper at the front that walks you through the flavor choices & toppings you. There are some flavors/ toppings that cost extra (green tea, toasted marshmallow, fresh strawberries). We both got the specialty flavors: strawberries and cream and then Kona. The strawberries and cream was okay, it wasn't the best strawberry ice cream but I loved my green tea bubble waffle, the strawberries were extremely fresh and the toasted marshmallow was everything and more that I wanted. My husbands Kona ice cream was PHENOMENAL though. It tasted like a fresh cup of coffee. He added caramel sauce and it was the perfect addition. A little pricey for an ice cream snack but it's fun and not something you get everyday. If you can, stop by here. You won't regret it.

My son recommended this place so I gave it a try. Yummmy for my tummy! The cone is a battered goodness that pulls off into these bite-sized round pieces. This treat is a light and crispy outside with a soft serve ice cream. You choose your soft serve flavor, two toppings (more toppings extra charge) and your syrup. If you're looking for an ice cream treat, try it. Your sweet tooth will thank you for it. Will I return? Most certainly.

My first time trying out Double Three, and it was pretty good. The customer service was great. You check mark your choices for soft serve flavor, toppings (2 items & some toppings cost extra), syrup flavor, and bubble waffle flavor.My picks were vanilla soft serve with a reese's cup, and oreo dust as my toppings. I didn't want any syrup flavor and my bubble waffle was charcoal. The charcoal bubble waffle is a smokey vanilla flavor. Just a heads up, the cost is over $11 dollars. I think it's worth it because the size, amount of ice cream, and added bubble waffle. The soft serve was pretty good. It reminded me of Mcdonalds soft serve. The customer service made the experience good. She was kind, and patient when we took several minutes to decide which toppings we wanted. They give you a buzzer, so you can wait outside and explore the area while you wait. Would I come back? Yes, I would.
