Drip Studio HNL Specialty Coffee

Bro what is this? $10 cup of Kona pourover and all I got was this water down cup of “coffee.” Also ordered ahead of time but still had to wait but there was hardly anyone there. Maybe I came in on a bad day but it was Monday morning. Do not recommend don’t believe the reviews or they have a consistency issue. I tried to call them to rectified the issue no one picked up.

Coffee and service were 5 stars but the seating and general store arrangement was horrible. Extremely uncomfortable bare wood seats and not many outlets for laptop work.

Very good selection of pour over coffees with some that will appeal to everybody and a lot of unique options. Staff is very friendly and the space is cool.

If your in Hawaii in Oahu and looking for phenomenal coffee and ambiance Drip Studio is the place for pour over and espresso drinks. Food looks amazing as well. Kengi & Maddy are amazing they treated us with great hospitality and we enjoyed chatting with them about all the different coffees.

Amazing Mango Matcha. Fantastically friendly people. A staff led adventure quest to find the restroom.
This place has everything. Hang out, sip a drink, read a book. You'll love it.

I'm not a fan of black coffee usually (though I usually try my husband's) and this is one of the best I've had. It was full-bodied and plummy.

Cappuccino - 3.75 stars
Med-dark roast from solid coffee roasters. I personally prefer light and funky roasts but this has good texture.

There are probably a lot of reviews about their coffee, but let me share something about their food. I got to try their sandwiches specifically their fig, walnut and ham sandwich. Also got a hojicha latte to go with it.

I sat at the counter for my lunch meal. I like the blue colored walls and the stools were comfy. The staff were very friendly and were chit chatting a bit. The hojicha could be a bit stronger but not sure if it’s because it’s diluted by the ice. The sandwich was delicious. The combo of everything - fig, Brie, walnut, ham - is like a charcuterie board stuffed between two slices of toast!

I’d like to go again to try their other sandwiches!

It makes me so happy when a coffee shop is clearly run by people who love what they do and also do it well. Their iced pour overs were absolutely heavenly, I couldn’t stop thinking about it and had to come back.
Also I don’t usually expect much from coffee shop food but wow everything was so tasty.
Amazing place, I hope to come again and again!
