Cute little coffee shop setup in a van. You can walk up or drive up. They are setup to handle either way. They have an online menu. We ordered the iced cold brew Mele Kalikimaka (toasted marshmallow and coconut), half sweet with oat milk. It was great and not too sweet. The prices are very affordable.
Caleb was friendly, helpful and kind. The baristas were super friendly and wished us a happy day. We will definitely be back!
You should stop by. Don't let the van dissuade you. You won't be disappointed. It's a hidden, in plain sight, gem.

I wanted to leave a tip, but the staff kindly asked for a review instead. And honestly, that says so much about the pride and care they put into what they do ❤️ The team is always kind, easy to talk to, and makes every stop enjoyable. The menu has a fun variety with something for everyone, plus seasonal specials that sound so good that if I’m on Hickam early, I’ll make it a point to stop by and try them. They also double check to make sure your order is perfect before you take off, which is why this has quickly become one of my favorite spots. The quality and experience here is hands-down better than any of those big chains like Starbucks.

Great ice coffee, perfect.
I can’t speak for all Drive Thru Joe’s but this Location is particular is AMAZING!
Staff is always friendly and brings a smile to your face.
Today my wife ordered a Coffee and I’ve asked for Splenda on the side, because the guy taking my order and the one handing me the drink were two different gentlemen they at first forgot about. But the gentleman in the green shirt and black hat chased me down across the street to the Express Gas station and made sure he fulfilled my order!
Amazing Team!
I’ve been here a few times during the week if I’m on base for any reason and need a coffee! The girls working are very sweet and service is quick. The most recent time I got the banana bread cold brew with almond milk and it was delicious as usual. Not too sweet or bitter much like coffees from Starbucks, Dunkin, or any big coffee chains.

The staff are all so pleasant here- even got lollipop for my son today! I need to come more often before work! Pro tip- Hawaiian tropic latte both iced or hot with coconut milk is delish.
Friendly and quick. Repeat customer. Thanks!
I was told today instead of leaving a tip to leave a review. I’ve been going here for almost a year and I’ve never left a review so I felt like it was time. Also, seeing that we only had 26 reviews is crazy. I will say the convenience of a drive up. Location is awesome. The staff is always super sweet even when they have to be up that early in the morning and be outside. Love drive-through Joe’s
Always great!

I've been going to the DTJ truck by the Kuntz Express for over 3 years now. Every time I've gone I've been greeted by positive staff, good music, and yummy coffee. My favorite coffees have been the extra sweet chocolate milk cold brew and the decaf iced mocha. The staff are always kind and engaging, and always make my day better. I appreciate them for all that they do

This happened like a month ago. When I drove up, I saw 2 ladies working, one in the van and the other on the ground. They were talking. No other customers. They didn't even look at me. I waited for a while but eventually I started thinking 'maybe they don't do drive through any more and I probably should park and walk up'. But then a lady came up to me. I was ready to say something like 'ah it's ok' thinking she was going to say some sort of apology for having me waited but NOPE. She asked what I wanted to oder straight away. It took my brain a second before it adjusted and became available to order. I have been having their drinks ever since he started the business and never had this kind of disappointment. Maybe as the business gets bigger, less passionate people are hired? I don't know... Despite this experience, I still have 4 stars hoping it was only one occasion.
