I've been going to the DTJ truck by the Kuntz Express for over 3 years now. Every time I've gone I've been greeted by positive staff, good music, and yummy coffee. My favorite coffees have been the extra sweet chocolate milk cold brew and the decaf iced mocha. The staff are always kind and engaging, and always make my day better. I appreciate them for all that they do
This happened like a month ago. When I drove up, I saw 2 ladies working,one in the van and the other on the ground. They were talking. No other customers. They didn't even look at me. I waited for a while but eventually I started thinking 'maybe they don't do drive through any more and I probably should park and walk up'. But then a lady came up to me. I was ready to say something like 'ah it's ok' thinking she was going to say some sort of apology...
We love Drive Thru Joe. The only legit amenity on this base provides us a piece of happiness. Customer service is top and the drinks are fun, refreshing and creative. This is on our top 5 list of things we will miss when leaving the island!!!
