Hale Aina Dining Facility is a popular and affordable chow hall that many visitors and locals enjoy. It has a main line with decent food options, a burger and "bad for you" food line, a salad bar, and drinks. Breakfast is highly recommended, with meals like scramble and biscuit & gravy costing about $4-$5. The staff is very kind, polite, and energetic, with some workers helping those with special needs. The dining area is rarely crowded, making it a comfortable place to eat. Many guests, including families and retirees, appreciate the friendly atmosphere, interaction with staff, and good prices. Overall, it is a great choice for a good meal without the need to cook, especially for those on Space A or staying nearby.
