Service was excellent, the big heavy woman was nice but the chicken was inedible as it was so soggy and oily. We bought the usual 9 piece bucket, but it was terrible. Half the pieces had hardly any coating on and were drenched in oil. I would give this kfc a miss and try find a better one if I was you. They only got the one star because the lady that helped us at the drive through was very pleasant.
I don't know what happened to KFC. Their chicken just isn't what it used to be and in some cases the chicken is just horrible. I first noticed while in Texas, about 20 years ago. Home here in Hawaii it isn't so bad but still doesn't come close. Although I might eat there maybe once a year, I haven't completely given up on them. I must say the saltlake location has the best quality so far. I hope they figure out a way to get it back to the chicken we grew up loving!
The staff is always so polite! Theyre doing their best with being undermanned. My food always comes out great.
