I’m amazed at how this place is still open. The employees are rude, talk over you or cut you off while ordering, prices are through the roof, and I’ve never had an order come out correct. They could screw up a cup of water given the chance. The Col should be demoted.

I’d give a zero if I could. Ordered on the app went to KFC and they didn’t have what I ordered, but still processed it. They offered to use something else but it would’ve changed the whole thing. They said I couldn’t get a refund and I’d have to use the app or call for a refund. I was told I’d have to wait an 1-2 hrs for them to be able to process the refund. Definitely will be going to Canes and not to KFC anymore.

First the employees park in all the front parking spots including the handicapped. They are extremely rude, I have to say thank you at least 3 times before I get a response. They are obviously unhappy working there and it shows. I know this store as I deliver for Uber eats and go there often.

A must avoid! The worst in service and food quality. And to add to the experience the awful food was highly overpriced. Do yourself a favor and drive on by!

Horrible customer service, the manager looks like she wants to bite everyone's head off, customers and her crew. Went thru drive in today and the lady who was as taking orders came on the intercom and said I'll get to you when I can. What kind of business has customer oriented people like this working for them.

They don't even answer their phone. Any location I will go elsewhere from now on. Their chicken isn't that good anyway, I prefer Popeyes or Jollibee from now on.

One of the worst customer services!!!! I asked for gravy on the side and they still forgot about it. This is the second time they did this. And I dont want to say it is my entire fault for not checking, they should make sure that the items given are complete because we paid for it. Ticket #1801 (2023-11-05) this is around 1 pm.

Food is great but service is a bit slow 45 mins for chicken because they ran out at 2 then the prices are outrageous can go to Popeyes and get more for your money

So I have not been to KFC in years!!! I was absolutely shocked at the prices. They are really really high but I wanted to eat here, so we went ahead and ordered. 1. My side order of coleslaw was priced different on my receipt then it was on the board. I never got around to asking about it. 2. Luckily I was dine in because they forgot my mash potatoes. I returned to the counter with my receipt and my table in plain sight. She seemed like she didn't believe me. She asked me if I checked all the boxes etc .. there was only 2 boxes so yup I checked. 3. I ordered extra biscuits but didn't get any jelly. Back to the counter. There was butter and honey in the bag but if I wasn't dine in now I would be missing jelly and mashed potato's. 4. Yup I still gave 4 stars because my food was delicious!! Everything was piping hot ... good portions, the restaurant was very clean. If you've got $40 for chicken I would recommend this location. DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR BAG AND ABSOLUTELY KEEP YOUR RECEIPT!

Haven't gone to KFC in a while. And now I know why. The food is not as good as it used to be. I ordered the 2pc meal with extra crispy chicken & cole slaw for my side. My husband ordered 4pc meal. For my meal, my chicken was bland & the cole slaw had a weird taste to it (like a petroleum taste). For my husband's meal, his 4 chicken pieces were very small & salty. I don't think we'll be going back to KFC.

Here is the thing... I keep trying to support this restaurant, but tonight sealed the deal- we cannot continue to go there. No chicken! Apparently they didn't want to cook anymore because they were closing in 40 minutes. Seriously?? This is the entire reason this restaurant exists- to sell chicken. Add in the fact that this location has a sign up asking it's customers to "please understand they are low on staff" (it's been over 6 months-hire someone already!) and the rudeness of the staff- as if our patronage is an imposition or inconvenience to them- it's just ridiculous. I don't mind the wait, but no chicken!?!? Come on!
