This place serves food that has the shapes and looks of the items such as baozi or scallion pancake wrapped beef slices. However there is absolutely no taste of the ingredients whatsoever which indicates everything was premade and frozen in advance. I did not enjoy eating any of the food. Period.

A quiet location. Was almost empty mid afternoon. Was able to take home left overs. Plus ordered exta dumplings take out for met day.

Everything was delicious— some of the best dumplings we’ve had! Whole family loved it. Our waitress was also very attentive and sweet. 10/10

Love the dumplings, bao and cucumber salad. I only wish you could get half orders (6 dumplings instead of 12) or a half/half order (12 dumplings but 6 of one kind, 6 of another). It's less attractive for solo diners if you have to eat 12 of one kind of dumpling when you'd like to try different flavors.

Appetizers and dumplings were all disappointing. Service was mediocre. You ordered and paid online. The staff just brings you food and never checked in on us.

Today I got to try the Beef Onion Pan Fried for $15.99, which tasted good, but the quantity was small. The service was helpful and friendly.

Awful awful awful customer service. Racist and sexest. I would never eat here again based off the terrible customer service I received. I would highly recommend not eating here unless you want to experience the same thing. I am certain the food will be disgusting. We walked in at 8:00 and were told we couldn’t eat there because they close at 9 pm… we ordered take out since that is the only option we had.. and they closed their door and lights at 8:30 after they gave us our food. The female working had her bike in the store and locked the door once we left. I hope this place goes out of business. I have worked in customer service my whole life and would never have treated customers like this. I’m sure because I’m a white female made it even worse.

I'm certainly NOT impressed. This taste more like mall food. They might do better located in Ala Moana. I realize not every dumpling place will be a good as Din Ding, but THIS is worse then Din Tai Fung

Ordered the fried pork dumplings, beef noodles, and beef wrap. Surprisingly, there was only one other occupied table during peak lunch hours. The menu prices are on the higher side, especially considering the overall quality and portion sizes (skimping). The experience was forgettable and not worth a return visit.

Has a QR code ordering system which I hate, had to ask for physical menus and I would order from the server but there was only one server/host in the entire establishment and she was extremely inattentive, I think there was only one person in the back of the house as well. Food was somewhat mid (tasted frozen) and the portions were tiny for the price. Plates were tiny too, as in the physical tableware. Decor is really nice so I’d love to see this place succeed but they would have to change the entire way they do service and their food to local taste.
