Love the variety of noodles n the texture n flavors yum!
Been coming to Udon Gama-Dashi for months and it never misses.My boyfriend and I always get the tempura seafood udon hot,large size,and we split it,which is the move if you both like to share.The large is generous without being sloppy.We add the beef topping for a small upcharge and it earns it,going soft in the broth and giving the whole bowl a deeper savory backbone.The broth is the real reason we keep coming back.Clear,gentle,just enough salt to carry everything without drowning...read full review
