Aloha Island Mart might have had a bumpy patch but the staff is great right now store is fully stocked and they have security guard I would recommendyou give them a shot if you are by the airport they function better than other convenience stores let's just sayalso I recommend you download their rewards apps you can get free coffee and you can scan it when you're getting fuel where they have the Shell gas station in front here this location is directly across from McDonald's and in front of but connected to an IHOPif you come here you can also order an Uber to take you to your location after you have arrived at the airport and it may give you a little bit of a cheaper rate because you won't pay the airport fees for getting picked up there thank you please thumb up my comment

It's a typical convenience store, I've not had any problems here, and I come here often. Cold drinks, fine food with a decent selection, the people working here are lovely and even helped me when I lost my wallet by the store.

Please remember this place is 100% not offer public restroom doesn’t matter how much you spend your money their. Also the staffs are really discriminating and laughing at us when we tried to ask for the restroom, I didn’t remember the staff name but that was 2 ladies work morning shift Thursday 05/30/2024. I Loved Hawaiian people, they are really friendly helpful and have hearts, always helping people with a warmful hearts. I thinks these 2 definitely not Hawaiian.

Everyone knows Dunkin, but the Hawaii locations offer a Spam, egg, and cheese croissant. Wow! Got an order of the hash browns too, nicely seasoned for a fast food restaurant, but they definitely don’t give you your money’s worth. Would like to see the tables in the dining room area wiped down after each guest too.

I came in around 3:30. Dude at the drive thru was nice but the lady taking my order didn't even bother listening to my request. I asked questions if the hash browns were still available and she was like "ok next" like i wasn't asking it to be added to my order. Dude didn't give me her name since I know he didn't want her in trouble. But she's just rude.

Excellent staff, clean shop and professional. Just wish more people wanted to work these days so they could open the inside and not just drive through. That said, the drive through Moves fast!

Customer service maybe not the lowest on the island, but definitely not far from it. Very disappointing, considering I love DD on mainland, but in my half a dozen visits drivethrough experience is just aweful: from being unable to order due malfunctioning equipment to long drive through lines to employees not sure what they are doing there.

Don't recommend. Highly overpriced and doesn't taste as good as the Dunkin Donuts from the mainland. There's better quality donuts, coffee and bagels from your local supermarket.
At 1st Just a Fad but wonderful staff and my favorite French Cruller are the bomb. Great dining room for 30min hecktick day pause.

Been here multiple times.. Did not open drive through, rude service, messed up order.. I ask for chocolate donuts and got regular. It was an utter dispointment the last 4-5 times I gone to this location.
