The food was excellent, and the service was also pretty quick. We ordered hot and sour soup, and the gentleman kindly substituted pork with prawns. The soup was very rich and uumamiful. The sweet and sour beef, as well as the chicken fried rice, were also great. Definitely, will visit again when in the area.

If you are Korean or someone want to go to Korea, you can experience same taste of Jjajangmyeon as that of Korean one. It’s not crowded whenever I visited, even though all the menu are very good!

Very attentive, warm service and absolutely loved the food! We shared the black bean noodles and potstickers between 2 adults and it was a good quantity for us. We loved the kimchi!

We hadn't been to Eastern Paradise because of COViD. It was so good to return. We were greeted by the waitress and seated at a booth. She brought us glasses of water and a teapot of hot tea. She suggested the menu on the table that lists the popular dishes. We decided on the potstickers, braised eggplant with pork, noodles with black bean sauce, and noodles with spicy braised beef soup. The waitress added that the noodles for the soup dish are hand made!! The dishes were served quickly. I personally really enjoyed eating the very tasty eggplant which included yummy mushrooms. My friend wished that there was more meat in the noodle dish; however, he said that this dish tastes better than other restaurants he's eaten at. My other friend liked the flavor of the soup but he's not a big fan of thick noodles. He prefers the thinner noodles. We all enjoyed the potstickers. We were also served a dish of kimchee to share. During the day, you can park in the parking lot behind the restaurant without needing to pay. We all agreed that we will be returning and we will be bringing other friends as well.

Tried the Tangsuyuk and Jyajyamen ... both were mediocre ... shrimp fried rice was bland ... Guy waiting tables was rude as heck. Chances of us coming back is NIL. Everything was overpriced for the little food they serve. Wouldn't be so bad if the portions were decent.

First time eating at this restaurant. If I'm correct they are popular for black bean noodle and spicy seafood noodles. Today I had the spicy seafood noodle...it was pretty darn good. I don't really know what to compare it to...it's not ramen or pho. Anyway the flavors were good and very tasty. The amount of seafood added in was perfect. Although it says spicy, honestly it could have been a little bit more. My boss who was with me asked for extra spicy. We also had the spicy sweet sour pork...which was really good. I truly enjoyed that dish. Overall good experience and I'd definitely go back .

One of my all time favorite restaurant in Oahu. I've been coming here since I was little with my family and friends. It's a family owned restaurant that serves Korean/Northern Chinese cuisine and the owner and staff are all very welcoming and nice :) Over the years I've tried many of their dishes and all of them are so soooo delicious! You can't go wrong with any of the dishes. My all time favorite is the jajang myeon and the spicy seafood noodles. It's a must have! Some of our family favorites are : -sweet and sour soup -tofu cabbage -green beans with glass noodles - fried and boiled gyoza -jellyfish -mushroom chicken. Dessert: -glazed sweet potato. (It takes a while to make so order it in the beginning) Parking: in the back there is a parking area. Before 5pm is free parking. I highly recommend Eastern Paradise. The price is a bit high, but the quality and the taste of the food is amazing, so its 100% worth it!
