If you’re going to be called specifically ’Espresso Bar’ and be located within the quality fashion brand store of Neiman Marcus, you’d think there be more attention to the espresso. Not mad, just disappointed. It’s really pleasant to sit and enjoy the elegant & clean atmosphere, but food & drink seem very average, though its not overly priced…3.5/5

terrible illy coffee, avoid
filter coffee tastes burnt
These people do not label their desserts, and when I asked them what types of desserts they are selling, they acted as if I was bothering them. They looked overwhelmed by customers, but only half of the restaurant was full.

Come here almost everyday for the last month as my job relocated me here to the Ala Moana center, Jessica is always happy with a smile on her face, which is good to see because there’s not many like that. 10/10 customer service. Thank you guys!

A little-known cafe that has been around for a long time inside Neiman Marcus at Ala Moana Center. It's a small and casual cafe, but as you would expect from a cafe located in a high-end department store, the food and cakes are authentic! Whatever you eat is delicious! But perhaps word of mouth has spread, and when I visited Hawaii for the first time after the coronavirus, it was a huge success! There are so many people waiting that there are many names on the waiting list!I was relieved that the timing was good because the rotation was quick and it was my turn in about 15 minutes.Compared to a while ago, it doesn't feel like a hidden gem, but there were still very few Japanese people around, probably because it wasn't well known by Japanese tourists.Recommended when you want to take a break from shopping or just want to cool off and eat something delicious!

Favorite place for a leisurely lunch. Great menu and the best coffee and desserts at the mall. Servers are super attentive and helpful too! There’s usually a wait but you can give your phone # and go browse the store and they’ll call you when your table is ready.

might be better option at niemans vs. big bro restaurant on 3rd floor. i like their daily specials
Nice employees, excited to try their daily special but it was sold out by 2pm so decided to try their panini which is very good! Also the Vodka lemonade is very refreshing.

This little cafe on the first floor of NM is a great stop for a salad/sandwich/cup of coffee or tea . There are a good amount of tables, but you can also do takeout. Prices are reasonable and you get a good amount of food.I got a Tuna Pecan Sandwich toasted and it came with a side salad (or you can choose chips) and a small fruit cup. Also, I got the Ziti Pasta Salad which came with a so many delicious surprises like mushrooms, artichokes, sweet onions, bites of chicken and so much more! Yum!!!
they have sandwiches they used to serve at mermaid bar
Great assortment of yummy pastries to fuel your shopping spree! I can only afford the coffee myself.
This cafe is located on the 1st floor of Neiman Marcus (2nd floor of Ala Moana Shopping Center). The sandwiches are delicious, the coffee is delicious, and the desserts are delicious. Good for a break and good for lunch.
Champagne available :)
