Delicious! I swung by here after having tried the other food trucks in this little area, and I am so glad I did. I went by myself since my partner was sick, and grabbed the laege meal with seared salmon and miso shrimp, and they were both perfect. Zero complaints. I noticed their homemade ginger lemonade on their menu and asked if it would be okay for my girlfriend to soothe her nausea. The woman working here was extremely kind and helpful and said that it would be great as she uses a lot of fresh ginger. The drink was delicious and it was perfect for her stomach. Not too sweet, perfect amount of ginger.
