The food was delicious. My husband is from Hawaii and was very excited to show me this place and now i understand why. The tuna was very fresh. The flavor was consistent. Will 100% do this again next time we visit. We got the spicy tuna and the original tuna.
I got the ahi poke, with scallions, ginger and spicy mayo. Ahi was fresh and the entire dish was very tasty.
5 Star Poke is like a food stand along with several other food stands. Picnic table seating which was great

I have been back 3 times in my short stay at Waikīkī beach. Each time I tried to mix different protein options. Yes, they offer a lot of options. Every time the bowl came out very delicious. The staffs were all very nice and provided great service with a smile.
It is a food truck and they share the sitting area with few other vendors so I don’t really expect. Still it would be good the tables, chairs and floor can be cleaned up from time to time
