One word: ehhhhhh. It's located in Ranch 99 and I was slightly overwhelmed by their offerings. However, I was underwhelmed by their loco moco. They sale baked goods near the register, however, their menu is partly blocked by their soda machine. I ordered the loco moco because it was "safe." Usually I'll try something different, but in this case, there wasn't enough pictures and I already knew what a loco moco would taste like. Like I said, it's nothing to be super jazzed about which kinda disappointment me. Usually I'm so happy with loco mocos but this one didn't do it for me...

This review is only for the banana bread. We usually bought our banana bread from the Waimalu location, next to Dave's Ice Cream. We hadn't bought any since they closed down that location. Today, I went to pick up two loaves from the 99Moanalua location. When I got home and cut one them, I immediately noticed the hardness. I wondered how old it was. As I applied extra force to cut the bread, I noticed that it was very dry. I tried a piece and sure enough, needed water to wash it down. I can't believe they would sell bread this old (or this poly made). It will be a long time before I try anything from there again.

Their plate lunch was okay. It comes with your choice of meat, rice and side of salad wether it be Mac or toss salad I got all toss as you can see in my picture but the chicken wasn't the greatest and I felt it was quiet small for a mini plate. Parking is great at 99 ranch and there's quiet a handful amount of places to eat in this place. Unfortunately I'm not a big fan of this place. All in all an okay eatery just for me the food and the price point wasn't something that sat well with me.

Shrimp tempura burger was a thousand chef's kiss. Simple and light for a lunch bite. The ox tail soup was also good, it was served with white rice. It's take out but there is a seating area open 11am-2pm. You do need to show your id and vaccination card if you want to eat in the open indoor area. The areas where super clean and there was a staff member that would spray the table after each use. This place is a gem! Thank you

we were looking for where to eat. & my fiancé found this place. I ordered corned beef hash with eggs & bacon. my fiancé had a loco moco, my dad had a ny steak & my son had French toast. It was so good we ended up ordering another plate of French toast. highly recommended. you can take out or dine in. it was kinda chilly in there so the lady kindly turned the air conditioning off for a lil bit.

The burger and fries are a good combo but the burger is WAY too salty. You can taste the salt. Nice size burger though, but just so salty; I couldn't/wouldn't finish it because of it. They have friendly and cordial workers.

This place is located in Moanalua 99, formerly known as Ranch 99. I was craving for their Chinese Chicken salad which consists of romaine lettuce, shredded fresh chicken (not cold cuts) and crispy noodles. It's their oriental dressing that makes you come back for more! I ordered this for me and the Shoyu Chicken special for my husband. When our food was done, the owner packed the chicken, dressing and utensils in a bag and gave me my salad on the side since the food in the bag was hot...so considerate! I haven't eaten this salad for a while...enjoyed it soooo much! As for the Shoyu Chicken, my husband thought the chicken was tender but a little dry so he dipped it in the Shoyu gravy...made it better. This place is also known for their fresh baked double-crust pies. You can either buy a whole one or they sell it by the slice. It's kind of pricey but worth it! My favorite is the banana pie. FYI: If you wanted to eat your food at the mall, there's a roped section with tables and chairs spaced out and controlled by a Security person. Another FYI: King's Burger that was located right across of them in the mall moved and is now combined with Flamingo's Express. I've never tried their food before but maybe one day....

Food was super oily and uncooked. Fries ? were okay. Service was good!

The service was good. The woman were polite and attentive. That's the only reason why I give 3 stars. Unfortunately the pricing for the amount you get isn't with it. There combination bento is $12.00+, and all you get is once slice of teriyaki, slice of grilled chicken, a slice of fried fish, and one spam, on rice. Nothing ells. You can go to zippy's for less which more. I hope they make a change.

Oxtail soup had good amount of oxtails. Very flavorful clear glass noodles and broth. Broth is a bit if the salty side. They give two scoops of rice which we didnt eat, wished they asked beforehand because I felt a little bad wasting it.
