I like this small, unobtrusive convenience eatery. Breakfast is straightforward -eggs prepared your way, plus an assortment of sides. The lunch menu changes each day, and is a nice value at $10 for a plate! The one place I visit when I come to Webco would be their small little kitchen to the right when you come in. They serve wholesome lunches at good prices. Another perk of this little kitchen is they also sell some merchandise lower than the market price. The selections on these merchandise change daily so you should check this place out every so often.
