We ordered the lobster dish along with several other dishes, including beef and clams. The food was tasty and flavorful, and it wasn’t overly seasoned with salt. The issue we had was with the service. Each plate arrived one at a time instead of all together, as is typical in a family-style restaurant. Awesome live seafood. Lobster is a great deal it was a good sized lobster. Amazing, especially for the price. Cooked perfectly. Live crab also delicious though much more expensive was $30 a pound. I recommend the Peppery Salt option for all seafood. Hot and sour soup was also excellent. Lots of ordering options with all the regular Chinese dishes. Fresh ingredients. We have tried 3 Chinese seafood restaurants locally this past week, Fook Yuen was the absolute best of them all....
