Fook Yuen Seafood Restaurant in Honolulu is the best spot for seafood, especially their lobster—it’s always fresh and delicious. However, it’s worth noting that the lobster price has been increasing yearly from $8.99 per unit few years ago. Despite the price hike, the quality of the seafood still makes it a top choice.
The first time I went there, the food was so delicious that I came back two days later, and maybe because it was busy on the weekend, it was overall saltier and not as tasty as the first time, but overall it was okay.
The restaurant looked old, but was clean and the staff was friendly.
I highly recommend the lobster and crab dishes with black bean sauce.

The food is absolutely amazing at Food Yuen! This is an outstanding Chinese restaurant. My husband loves Chineses food and we've probably been to every Chinese restaurant in the Seattle area. Fook Yuen is the best Chinese restaurant I've eaten at. We are only visiting for eight nights and we've already eaten here 3 times. The lobster is fresh and has to be the best lobster I've ever had.
