This food truck is only open until 1pm on Friday. Got the spicy ahi katsu and it was fantastic! This place is definitely worth the trip out to Sand Island. The only thing I wish they had is a drink selection - only bottled water so grab a drink before you go.
I usually don’t get too excited about places that have been on TV, but this place lives up to the hype. I got the fireball ahi and the shoyu ahi and both were amazingly fresh and flavorful. 100% recommend.
We were pleasantly surprised by Fresh Catch. The flavours were on point and the service was very friendly. The other Poke we had this trip was maybe a bit better fish but we were very happy with the selection and the product.
