Very tasty and also very friendly restaurant located in the heart of Honolulu. We, a group of 5 people, visited this lovely place on Black Friday for dinner, so there were so many guests in the restaurant. However, all the staff were literally running around to respond to all kinds of requests from all age groups, including a family group with young children, a group of young adults who kept asking “Nama”(Draft) beer and even for a group do not speak either English nor Japanese....
Everything here is amazing. The simple poke was incredible. The tofu sampler was astonishing. The Mochi agedashi was exquisite. Even the Shirley temple my daughter ordered was original and amazing.
We decided to try this place because it was open late and we wanted to eat sushi. The food is a little above average but the service was good. It’s definitely cheaper than other Japanese restaurants which is why I gave the 4 stars instead of 3.
