Debated on 3 or 4 stars. The wontons was really good, noodles and broth were fine, my complaint is the beef brisket that is 90% tendon/fat. The mung bean sweet soup was a little overcooked but sweet in flavor as advertised
Two co-workers and I found ourselves at Fun Station for lunch after striking out at several places. This was our initial visit and we each opted for the Beef Tendon with Wonton ... Two of us chose funn while I went with egg noodles. Our server upsold us on two dishes ... Spring Rolls and Crispy Pork.The broth of our soup was very subtle; perhaps too subtle for my palate. Met the owner on the night we were eating, he definitely put his heart in this restaurant. Excellent food, especially their home made fish ball and beef stew. Favor wise excellent, our baby love their fun noodles, chewy but tasty. The portions were a good amount for the price. If you looking for a unique Chinese restaurant this will definitely be your spot. Highly recommend this location and we will be back the next time we visit Honolulu!
