Nordstrom Gelato Bar

We had a lovely table on the patio. There were heat lamps, so it was very comfortable. We had appetizers, soup, and salad, and an entrée. Our server was extremely attentive. It was an enjoyable evening and we will return again.

Good tasting Geleto but server at the gelato area was unprofessional. Reluctant to serve and when we paid, she tossed slide gelato cup to us instead of giving it.

We enjoyed being at a sit down instead of the cafeteria set up they used to have. One got the French dip- very good and one the spicy shrimp pasta- also very good

I LOVE this restaurant and I feel guilty because I work at MACY'S!!! My co-worker and I STALK Ruscello to see when they're serving their amazing chicken pot pie soup. We are so there and don't care if we get fired for dining with the competition if this heavenly soup is on that day's menu. BEST SOUP EVER!

The Friday only clam chowder is my favorite. The current special jerk chicken wings super delicious! Thank you!

Excellent food; priced a little high- but delicious. Service a little slow. Food comes out quickly and never disappoints. Lemon ricotta cookies are the bomb!

From the hostess at the front to our waiter, Jamie, we were treated like queens and very much appreciated the outstanding service at Ruscello. We were there for a birthday lunch on Saturday, December 6th, and while it was crowded, it was still lovely and a grand celebration.

The tomato basil soup was delicious as always. The garlic truffle fries were outstanding with the garlic dipping sauce. The chicken parmesan sandwich was a little disappointing. Just a little bland. But the service was great and it's a great place to have lunch.

My only complaint was that Open Table or Ruscello changed my comment to have a booth into "outside" preference. Since it was pouring rain, I'm glad the hostess questioned this.

OpenTable is always good at asking if there is any special event we are celebrating when making the reservation. I notated that this lunch was to celebrate a colleages birthday. While most restaurants take note of this and offer something small to commemerate the occassion, this restaurant did not. The overall experience was still good and food was great however I just wished that more attention would be made to the actual reservation. If you are celebrating a birthday, I would recommend that you make it known to the restaurant when you arrive or you would end up in the same boat as I was.

Always a pleasant experience to dine at Ruscello. Service is always great along with the good food quality.

Our family loves to come here anytime we are shopping at Ala Moana. We are never disappointed with the menu selection. This visit we had the Portobello Mushroom Pasta and Margherita Pizza and the Moscow Mule. Both entrée arrived at our table piping hot. The ingredients were fresh and tasty! Thr moscow mule was bright and refreshing! Ruscello never disappoints.

I love their honey Dijon Cobb salad with shrimp. So ono. My hubby had the French dip and said it was very good. The view is awesome too.
