Nordstrom Gelato Bar

OpenTable is always good at asking if there is any special event we are celebrating when making the reservation. I notated that this lunch was to celebrate a colleages birthday. While most restaurants take note of this and offer something small to commemerate the occassion, this restaurant did not. The overall experience was still good and food was great however I just wished that more attention would be made to the actual reservation. If you are celebrating a birthday, I would recommend that you make it known to the restaurant when you arrive or you would end up in the same boat as I was.

Always a pleasant experience to dine at Ruscello. Service is always great along with the good food quality.

Our family loves to come here anytime we are shopping at Ala Moana. We are never disappointed with the menu selection. This visit we had the Portobello Mushroom Pasta and Margherita Pizza and the Moscow Mule. Both entrée arrived at our table piping hot. The ingredients were fresh and tasty! Thr moscow mule was bright and refreshing! Ruscello never disappoints.

I love their honey Dijon Cobb salad with shrimp. So ono. My hubby had the French dip and said it was very good. The view is awesome too.

Ruscello itself was excellent as usual food and service. Neighboring table was really loud but not much could be done about that. I would still recommend this establishment to anyone that is looking for a place to have a good meal

Ruscello used to be my "go to" restaurant. But, the wine is very expensive (although still good) and the service has declined. It still has a lovely view and easy and free parking, but the ambiance, menu, and service aren't as good as a year or two ago. That said, the burger and fries as well as the mushroom pasta and ahi special were so tasty they made up for the price and the lackluster service.

The food and service here never disappoint. The chopped salad is spectacular. And Adam, our server, was just superb! It is a wonderful hidden gem on the third floor of Nordstrom at South Coast Plaza, who knew?

We have eaten here several times and I am always satisfied with the food, especially the French Dip. What I really like is the friendliness and service of the employees. It seems like lately, servers are aloof and unavailable. Here I have always found them to be nearby and polite. Good job!

The food was great as always especially the cilantro lime chicken tacos. They are very tasty. I also enjoyed the cilantro lime chicken salad. However, I wasn't fan of Basil Cucumber cooler. Overall, the food & service always great.

Recently met a friend for lunch at the restaurant. Our server Stephanie was attentive and we enjoyed conversation with her. The food was great; one of us ordered the Ginger-Sesame salad, the other tomato basil soup. We will be returning again for "ladies that lunch."

I was so unhappy when they closed the one near me. Food is great, service is excellent and the prices are very fair

Love that you can use open table for reservations. Great selection of food. Great for parents and kids. They have a good kids menu
