A local favorite place for plate lunches. Grace's Inn is open 7 am to 9 pm, every day except Wednesday. Service is quick and the cashiers are friendly and helpful. This place is known for the chicken Katsu plates with or without curry. I enjoy the crinkle cut French fries. They have clean tables to eat in or you may order for take out. Well lit interior. Free parking outside of restaurant, near Times Supermarket Beretania. No food pictures today. Hangry. Lol.

The hamburger steak curry plate was good, not the best that I've had. Chow fun was no chow fun at all. Maybe this is Hawaiian version of chow fun. The chow fun on mainland USA is much different. It was meh. Not the best, not the worst. Total was $15.92 Fast service on a Sat afternoon at 3pm.

Driving in from Kaneohe, I realized I needed to eat. I'd been eating all day and didn't think I'd be hungry, but it hit me, so why not stop here. There's a small shared parking lot and I had about 30 minutes before they closed. The woman working said they close at 9 and don't mind people coming in just before. Seriously didn't know what to get, so I ordered the mixed, and I didn't ask what was on it. I thought I asked for the roast pork. But the woman didn't say much, and I ended up with two dinners....which I did not mind at all. She did say the roast pork was really good. The mixed plate came with a delicious beef stew, teri beef, and tender roast beef smothered in gravy. The roast pork was smothered in gravy too! The dinners came with two scoops of white rice, and I asked for mac salad, but you get two sides, and she just gave me all mac. I didn't care for it because I think they use miracle whip which is a little sweeter. Other than that, everything was soooooo ONO!!! I'll definitely be back on my next visit! Mahalo Grace!

I've been coming here since high school in 2004. The only thing I order is the mochiko chicken with French fries. Unfortunately, they recently changed the chicken recipe and the fries too. it's now really terrible.

First time trying Grace's and i was really expecting more but i was disappointed with what i ordered. I ordered the Pork Cutlet and Hamburger Steak, the gravy in both was pretty bland. My hamburger patty also did not have that much taste. Im giving it 3 stars because the customer service was on point and appreciated their kindness.
