This is clearly a local, good at what they do place. A historical keeping Hawai'i Hawai'i kind of place. Amazing local food but don't be a jerk these aunties have no time for your haole bullshit. Don't waste their time and they won't waste yours. The food is amazing. Don't be a jerk and the service is good too,
The hamburger steak curry plate was good, not the best that I've had. Chow fun was no chow fun at all. Maybe this is Hawaiian version of chow fun. The chow fun on mainland USA is much different. It was meh. Not the best, not the worst. Total was $15.92 Fast service on a Sat afternoon at 3pm.

A local favorite place for plate lunches. Grace's Inn is open 7 am to 9 pm, every day except Wednesday. Service is quick and the cashiers are friendly and helpful. This place is known for the chicken Katsu plates with or without curry. I enjoy the crinkle cut French fries. They have clean tables to eat in or you may order for take out. Well lit interior. Free parking outside of restaurant, near Times Supermarket Beretania. No food pictures today. Hangry. Lol.
