Honolulu used to have 3 Taco Bells. This one, Kapahulu, and Kapiolani/McCully. After Kapiolani permanently closed, there has always been an insane line here. Expect this to be a 45 minute experience. The food is consistent, my order has always been correct. I mean it’s Taco Bell you know what you’re gonna get. But 2 Taco Bells is not enough Taco Bell’s per capita to support Honolulu. This Taco Bell is always busy. The staff tried their best. Honestly, I think it is more the disrespectful customers that come here that make me not want to go inside to order. Today I made the mistake of going inside thinking it would be faster because the drive-thru line was flooding into the street. The time was about 12:20. I used the Kisko to order and pay waited maybe 15 mins. Food was to be expected.
