Was a stop on a tour for lunch. Given a menu and started to order, then menu was taken to give the “bus people” a consolidated menu. Prices were $6 more expensive per plate with the “bus people” menu. Nothing special about the food. Value for meal low. Staff pushy -borderline rude. Go get a fillet o fish from McDonalds.

They cancelled my order 15 minutes before pickup time on Thanksgiving. Avoid at all costs.

The website sent a password but did not force me to change it and I can still log in with it dozens of logins later. It saved my credit card without asking. Did not send order confirmation email but did send text messages without an opt-in.

This website offers no service other than what you would get by calling the restaurant directly and putting in your order. I selected pick up for 6:15 pm but then almost immediately got a text that my food would be ready at 5:00. I called the restaurant so hopefully my food wasn’t sitting for two hours but what is the point of selecting pick up time if this website doesn’t know how to process that. Worse yet misleadingly tipped this website instead of restaurant. Why? What is the service here exactly?
