this ice cream is sooo bomb the staff are really friendly
I visited the Haagen-Dazs store in Honolulu and loved it. The ice cream was rich and creamy, with a great variety of flavors to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, making it a pleasant experience. Perfect spot for a sweet treat while exploring the city.
If you’re reading these to find out if it’s good, yes it is good. Better than baskin Robbins and carvel. This is pure ice cream with no preservatives. Not from Europe, surprisingly. It’s made in the Bronx, just like my wife. Maybe that’s why we love it so much. True story, google it.
We visited frequently while on the island. I was always crowded but the service was good and they moved fast.
Amazing staff and awesome ice cream
May 2025 Popular US brand ice cream with global reach. Some Hawaian style concoctions available.
Pleasant employees. Lots of flavors.
Looks like it gets busy. We got there just before a huge crowd.
Boo they serve warm ice cream👎
Ordered a very over priced scoop of ice cream to share with my 95 year old wheelchair bound mom and as I was paying was asked to pay for an extra spoon….no charm just greed.
guy in the store was rude to us. he was so undecided if store was already closed or not and then eventually pointed us to go to the other store. uhm google says you are still open?

We rushed from Kaiolu St to this store to get ice cream before closing, but when we arrived, the employee(guy) said they were already closed, despite having 15 minutes left. He suggested we run to another store two blocks away that would also close soon. It’s frustrating that Google said they were still open and we could see that they are still open and able to serve. We didn’t want to make a scene, so we just let it go.
we ran all the way from Marriot Courtyard to be in this store 15 mins before they close so we can get some ice cream. but when we got here the guy working there said that they are already closed when they still have 15 mins before closing time and wants us to go all the way to the other one that’s 2 blocks away from them that will also close in 15 mins, like wtf, why not serve us here when you are actually closing the same time as the other one? and why does google says you guys are still open and still have 15 mins before actual close time? and the guy wants us to run to the other store that will also close soon? Because we’re from here and don’t wanna cause any scene we just let it be and said ok.
The scoops were extremely tiny. 2 tiny scoops and a waffle cone was over $10.

Older lady snapped at me, I was trying to clarify my order and she got it all wrong and I tried to clarify again and she snapped at me again. I have no patients when spending 26.00 for two 9.95 ice creams. This lady is wack and I'm glad I never have to come here again. They need to send this lady to charm school and lay off the snapping. Good luck in the future with people from other states and countries, 95% of your business. Being more understanding and learn that people will try to clarify their order with you as you barely speak English.

The lady was sooo rude. Every time I’d ask a question she was snappy. Never going there again.
