Perfect for dessert after dinner ?I’m grateful that it’s open until 10pm ❤️‍?Every time I come, I always think it's going to be a sundae, but I end up getting a cookie Oreo in a cup ?Tastes better than eating in Japan ✨

The ice cream was great, there was a good variety of unique flavors; I got Dulce de leche and it was really good. There was just a long line that stretched out across the entire store, most likely because it was Christmas Day.

Haagen-Dazs delivered a delightful ice cream experience! The pistachio flavor was rich and nutty, while the cookies & cream was a perfect blend of textures. The quality of ingredients shone through in each scoop, and the creamy texture was a testament to their craftsmanship. Haagen-Dazs continues to be a reliable choice for premium ice cream indulgence and service.

Employees have a bad attitude. Hire proper people who are interested in treating the customers with respect.

The best ice cream bar none, but on the pricy side. Too expensive for regular visits. Too tasty to avoid altogether. My personal preference is for a vanilla thick shake - simple but OMG!

I ordered a milkshake for $8.49 and it was terrible. All liquid, straight into the garbage can down the block. A waste of my money on holidays. Stay away.

Living in Los Angeles; I don't see too many Hagaen Dazs stores around but I definitely saw a fair share when I was in Honolulu. This Haagen Daz is located right at the heart of Waikiki and made for a perfect stop during one cool evening while walking around. Because of its location; it was quite busy and there was a line at 9pm at night. Seating is a bit limited and they have a few chairs lined up across the ice cream stand. I got the coffee flavor and found it be a cool and refreshing treat. This place makes for a nice little stop for some ice cream while walking around Waikiki.

The old Asian lady behind the counter is a national treasure! I think her name tag said “Sam rum and raisin”, my girlfriend and I noticed she took so much care with our sundae. Never felt like I was holding my own baby before

This is a guilty pleasure. Shared the Midnight Cookies and Cream Sunday with my hubby. So glad we got the regular size, because it was alot of ice-cream, cookies, fudge and whipped cream. The staff were very efficient and the store, very clean. Well done!

$10 milkshakes were...like cups of milk and no flavor. Customer service was bad. Save your money and get a treat elsewhere.

Very nice young man helped us with our orders during a busy Friday night. Wish we had his name to commend him on this review. Häagen-Dazs always hits the spot!

I don’t understand why these folks are so slow. I had to wait 45 min to get a scoop of ice cream. At some point I was standing because I already had stayed in the line far too long to leave.
